I feel like a lot of adhd people learn to absorb information very quickly, in those moments when the stars align and we can actually concentrate. i’ve learned to speed through material, bc at any given moment my brain may decide “this information is taking too long so we will not in fact be processing it”
fucked up that i can’t listen to a podcast, listen to an album, study, draw, read a book, watch a tv show, watch a movie, journal, facetime a friend, go on a hike, go on a run, and bake all at the same time 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 guess the only option is to do nothing
in some capacity, you are loved. someone loves the comment you made on their dress, someone loves the way you smile, or the way you laugh, or the way you say a certain word. when your name is said, it is never met without some sort of love
deducting points for submitting late work is some of the most classist, ableist capitalist bullshit ive seen and teachers who do it are the fucking worst
